LD-E Series Double Curvature Tempering Furnace

Product use:
LD-E series double curvature bending & tempering furnace is designed to temper the windshields and other double curvature glass.
Characteristics
◎Temperiing process at single working station, which can control quenching time better so that the glass with much smaller radius can be shaped. With a partial or overall upper pressing mould, more complicated glass can be shaped;
◎Automatic universal adjustable quenching section will save the costs of making quenching part and time for adjusting;
◎Simple bending mechanism lowers the costs and is easy to replace;
◎Downward bending by gravity helps to make complicated glass.
