Advanced and High-tech Heating System
With aid of roller maintenance machine, tailor-made ceramic rollers can be disassembled and maintained conveniently.
The updated anchorage technology in the world for heat insulation is applied to the furnace. The thermal conduction by the metalwork in the furnace is minimized. The insulation system has the same working life as the furnace itself without overhaul. 
Professional Siemens temperature control modules and PID temperature control make fast temperature response and easy temperature control.

Distinctive and Brilliant Quenching System
Optimization-based computer-aided design system is applied in design quenching section, which remarkably reduces air marks in tempering and enhances the optical quality of tempered glass to highest level!

Excellent Bending Mechanism
Synchronous bending mechanism and Lenz Servo System guarantee smooth shape with a higher repeatability and smaller tolerance. 

High Quality of Tempered Glass
Tempered glass comes up to standards of ANSI Z-97.1-84 for architectural glass, ECE-R43 for automotive glass and GB9963-98.

Optimum energy saving feature leads to lowest power consumption.
