LD-ABJ & ACJ Series Bi-directional Jet Heating Furnace

Product use:
LD-ABJ & ACJ Series Bi-directional Jet Heating Furnace adopt jet heating technique and is mainly used to temper the flat and bent glass for architectural curtain wall, interior partition wall, show case, household appliance, furniture, automobile and etc. This series of products can be divided into type A flat tempering & type B bent tempering combination and type A flat tempering & type C bent tempering combination; the flat tempering section and bent tempering section of this series of products are respectively placed at the two sides of the jet heating furnace, which achieve the flat tempering and bent tempering functions by different glass conveying directions.

Productivity of bending tempering is calculated on 5mm clear glass and soft coated Low-E glass (E=0.08) with 70% loadage. Actual productivity is subject to glass types ,sizes and loadage.
