In case of an emergency, pressing down the emergency stop switch will halt the movement of all drives in the tempering furnace immediately, trigger the alarm, and shut off the main power supply to the drives and control circuit to ensure personal safety.
NiS (nickel sulfide) crystals contained in glass will undergo a phase change at 379℃, converting α-NiS crystalline form at high temperature into the β-NiS form at low temperature. The phase transition causes an increase in volume by 2%~4%, resulting in rough surface. If these impurities are located in the tensile stress zone, the increase in volume may cause spontaneous breakage of tempered glass.

The glass tempering furnace controlling system will automatically identify the tempering stage and adjust the air blowing pressure accordingly to reduce the unnecessary high load run.
