Because of the ultra-high softening point and extremely low thermal expansion coefficient of high borosilicate fireproof glass, it creates a great challenge for tempering. With the flatness guaranteed, high borosilicate glass must meet the requirement for tempering stress and granularity specifications.
If the tempered glass bends upward, it indicates that the wind pressure on the upper part of the chiller in the tempering section is lower. You should adjust the wind deflector of the glass tempering furnace downward.
Check the quality of the water in the water tank of the cooling water circulation system every six months. Replace it if the water quality exceeds the acceptable range; acceptable hardness of the circulation water should be: ≤0.03mmol/L.
When the tempering furnace is heated initially, the temperature should be increased by 30~50°C per hour. Depending on the amount of residual moisture in the oven, the tempering furnace will hold the temperature for 2~4 hours at each of the following temperature ranges: 200°C, 300~350°C, 400~450°C, and 550°C.
First, make a bending mold for the bent tempered glass. Allow one person to put the bending mold in the center of the bending section of the rollers and place it on the Kevlar rope while having another person to adjust the curvature of the bending section with the radius increase and decrease switch according to the radius of the curved tempered glass to be produced.

If the scratch occurs in the longitudinal direction of the tempered glass:
Check whether there is debris on the rollers in the heating oven and cooling section;
Heating temperature and heating time are the two major factors in the heating process of the glass tempering furnace. The settings of these factors are very important during tempered glass heating and they are also interrelated.
