Responsible for installation and after-sales service of glass tempering machine.

Provide professional installation, maintenance and troubleshooting service for customers.
Provide rapid and knowledgeable response to all customers’ requests.
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.

【Job requirements】

Settled in Italy.
Graduate from vocational school in mechanical or electrical engineering.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solved ability.
Practical field experience in heavy machinery installation and after-sales service.
Knowledge and experience of glass industry is highly desired.
Native speaker in Italian and good English communication.
