1. Emergency stop buttons are provided on the main operating station and on each operating control box at the scene. In case of an emergency, pressing down the emergency stop switch will halt the movement of all drives in the tempering furnace immediately, trigger the alarm, and shut off the main power supply to the drives and control circuit to ensure personal safety.  

2. Once the emergency stop is executed, a restart is required after the fault condition is cleared. You must reset the glass tempering furnace through the “RESET” button at the main operating station. Otherwise, the main power supply to each drive circuit will not be restored.  

3. If the pulley bracket is at the raised position when the glass sheet leaves the chiller, the process will control the pulley bracket to drop automatically and prevent glass and equipment damage due to the negligence of the glass pick-up personnel.
