We implement a mentorship program during the probation period, assigning both business and personal mentors to new employees. This helps them familiarize themselves with the company environment and work skills, integrating them into the corporate family. New employees who pass the probation evaluation continue to follow a one-year training plan outlined in the "New Employee Development Manual" to further enhance their job skills, improve competency, and strengthen their sense of belonging.

LandGlass also founded the LandGlass Academy, established an internal trainer team composed of business experts and key staff, and collaborated with leading educational institutions. By introducing an E-learning training platform, we design customized training programs for each employee to facilitate rapid and orderly growth and development.
